Exporting Terms & Conditions

 

1 Shipping date:

a. According what we have in stock. But generally, the container 40ft takes about 2 months to be shipped after receiving the down payment or the L/C.2.    

Models:

a. All orders must be according obvious pictures or drawings from MOBISHARB part or importer part.

b.  Importer can order any modifications in the models such as size, color, veneer, brightens degree, shape, …

c.   Importer should not make all modifications before order. Importer can order any modification before starting producing

the stage of that modification without any charges if the modifications at the same level of the cost.      

d.   If MOBISHARB started a stage then the importer requested a modification in this stage, importer will be charged for that.3.     Guarantee:

a.  Quality:

 i.  MOBISHARB guarantees its quality when using compressed woods with Kiln  Dried natural woods and play wood sheets.   ii.  MOBISHARB guarantees its producting methods against veneer and wood cracks.b.     How the importer can Effect the Guarantee:

1. Importer has all rights to inspect the goods in the MOBISHARB factory. Therefore, after seeing the pieces he can refuse any piece for certain reasons without any obligations.

2.In case importer wants to inspect the pieces at his store, he must to do the following to be able to request commutation.

a.Get clear and obvious pictures for any mistakes (minor or major)

b.Mention the code number (contains number + letters) of the piece, batch number (contains numbers only), piece serial number (contains letters only) & date of production.

c.Determine what your requests are.

d.Once MOBISHARB receives pictures, details & requests, MOBISHARB has the right to value the mistakes between       replacing the piece in the next shipment or make discount in the next shipment.

3.  Anyway, if the importer inspects the pieces at MOBISHARB factory, he cannot request any guarantee from MOBISHARB after shipping.

4.Fabrics:

a.MOBISHARB does not guarantee the fabric availability for repeating the same fabric if the client repeats the order or he orders on pictures.

b.MOBISHARB will offer the available fabrics before the client order. 

4.Prices:

a.FOB Prices includes services to ship and load the container on the vessel. Therefore, importer should not search for forwarder to take care his shipment.

b. C&F Prices includes (a.) term and freight from an Egyptian port to the importer's port.

c. In case MOBISHARB dealing with the importer on long relationship terms like a commission contract, yearly contracts, sole agent or partners,

the prices will be:       

i.FOB (long terms) Prices includes costs + Mobisharb margin + cost of services to ship and load the container on the vessel. All are according the contract between the two firms. So, importer should not search for forwarder to take care his shipment.       ii.C&F (long terms) Prices includes

(i.) term and freight from an Egyptian port to the importer's port. All are according the contract between the two firms. Therefore, importer should not search for forwarder to take care his shipment.

d. The prices of all upholstered items will not include the fabric cost. Prices include only the basic fabric not the finishing fabric.

 The price of the final – finishing – fabric will be added according the client's selection of fabrics.

5.     Payment:

a.  50% in advance & the balance according the final invoice amount is by D/P ( Documents Against Payment )

b.     OR, Irrevocable L/C at sight
